There's nothing abnormal about being sad

or mad, or anxious, or depressed...

I am not talking about chronic ongoing sadness and despair….I am talking about normal daily fluctuations. I don’t want to talk about the pill for every ill…we are done with that. I want to normalize NORMAL human emotions and feelings.
